Design & Personality Analysis

I perform Design and Personality Analysis based on Design Genetics and help organizations to understand their personality in the light of design and behavior attributes. My first perspective is as an outsider, like a client. I study different attributes visible to the outside world, putting them into the system of Design Genetics and describe what I see based on that.

An Analysis from me is something that goes beyond traditional design analysis. Design and Communication is not just an issue of Branding or Corporate Identity, even though the first level of understanding of design is to realize how important it is for success on todays market. Design sells. There are numerous research and cases that has been proven that. Beautiful design can stand for itself without explanations. At the same time design is merely a reflection of personality, and that is the core of my analysis.

An organization's personality has so many answers that goes beyond any Design and Communication Department. It gives answers to many aspects in the organization's life. It holds the seed for failure or success.
