Gepio

Gepio is a webapp for mirroring Personality under development. Gepio can be used by individuals and organizations. It helps organizations to create one person from many. It does so by summarizing the personalities of employees in a visual language; design details based on DesignGenetics, colors, symbols, etc. Gepio reflects people's inner qualities like a mirror. A Shared Awareness of the organization's personality will affect the Self-Awareness and make employees act more coherent as they are fully aware of what they do and where they are going.

Design Genetics

Design Genetics is a method for analyzing personality in design and behavior. It is also a life philosophy where design plays a bigger role than what is generally acknowledged. Since attending the prestigious design institution Domus Academy in Milan 1991, and receiving a Master of Design Management, I've been conducting a personal research in this area with Design Genetics as a result.
